Sestavine | Ingredients |
250 g skute - pasirane | 250 g cottage cheeses |
5 žlic moke | 5 table spoons of flour |
ščep soli | pinch of salt |
Sestavine zgnetemo v kepo. In damo počivati v hladilnik, 30min.
Knead the ingredients into a ball and put to rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Naredimo kače, dolge svaljke, moji so bili premera 1cm pa par mm.
Make long rolls, my are 1cm in diameter and couple of mm.
Razrežemo.
Cut them.
Kuhamo v osoljeni vodi, ko so priplavali na površje sem jih kuhala še 3min.
Cook in salted water, when they swim to the surface cook them for 3 more min.
Odcedimo.Drain.
Postrežemo - moji v smetanovi omaki z gobicami.
Serve.
Pa dober tek.
