Preprosti skutini njoki - simple gnocchi

Spet ena dobra zadeva. Preprosti skutini njoki.

SestavineIngredients
250 g skute - pasirane250 g cottage cheeses
5 žlic moke5 table spoons of flour
ščep solipinch of salt

Sestavine zgnetemo v kepo. In damo počivati v hladilnik, 30min.
Knead the ingredients into a ball and put to rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Naredimo kače, dolge svaljke, moji so bili premera 1cm pa par mm.
Make long rolls, my are 1cm in diameter and couple of mm.
Razrežemo.
Cut them.
  
Kuhamo v osoljeni vodi, ko so priplavali na površje sem jih kuhala še 3min.  
Cook in salted water, when they swim to the surface cook them for 3 more min.
 Odcedimo.
Drain.
 Postrežemo - moji v smetanovi omaki z gobicami.
Serve.
Pa dober tek.

Ena lepa nedelja

Ampak je res bila lepa. Topla. Sončna.
Sem opazila, da sem vedno prezgodaj na Bledu, ker še nikogar ni. Ampak saj ob 10h je že dovolj pozno.

Pa še nekaj sem sprobala.
Od Timote-a.
Sem delala manjšo in je... Že vem kdo jo bo želel imeti. Pa še pinki je.

Sobotni zajtrk - Saturdays breakfast

Ja, sobota.
Zjutraj po sprehodu paše zajtrk.
It is saturday and after a walk a good breakfast is in place.

In ker je sobota in ker imam čas pripravim:
- jajčka na oko
- pogrejem baked beanse - ja tiste angleške
- šampinjoni - nimajo v naših trgovinah takih gob, kot jih dobiš gor
- prekajen vrat - nimajo v naših trgovinah take slanine, kot jo dobiš gor

And because it is Saturday and I have the time I prepare:
- eggs
- baked beans
- button mushrooms - don't have the proper ones in our sotres
- smoked bacon -  don't have the proper one in our sotres

Par tednov nazaj sem delala podoben zajtrk. Zataknilo se je pri šampinjonih, ker so bili veliki in se niso lepo enakomerno pekli. Pa sem prišla na idejo, da jih rapolovim. Ko so bili pečeni sem položila med polovici še eno rezino popečenega prekajenega vratu.
 In danes to ponavljam.
Couple weeks ago I did a similar breakfast. I had some problems with mushrooms because they were large and they were still raw in the midle. So the idea was to halve them. When they were done I assembled them back together and in the middle I put a roasted piece of smoked bacon. And today I repeat this.

Zopet špinača - spinach pizza

Je imela branjevka na tržnici tako lepo špinačo - ponovno, da sem jo morala kupiti. Sem malo brskala kaj bi naredila in našla tisto pravo reč.
Danes na jedilniku:
Pizza s špinačo

Testo za pico razvaljaš.
Premažeš s paradižnikovo omako.
Posipaš z drobno naribanim sirom.
Obložiš s špinačo.
Dodaš mocarelo in na vrhu začimbe.
Pečeš 10min na 220°C oz. dokler ni pečena.
