Tagliatelle with spinach, mascarpone and parmesan

Ko sem se vračala iz Birminghama sem na letališču kupila revijo od Jamie Oliverja.
Sedaj pa sem malo pobrskala po netu in na njegovi spletni strani našla lepo sliko - recept.
Danes za kosilo torej široki rezanci s špinačo - to sem dobila svežo na tržnici, mascarpone sirom - upam, da bo dobro, ker ko slišim mascarpone mi gre samo tiramisu po glavi ali pa čokoladne kocke in parmezanom.
SestavineIngredience
100g širokih rezancov100g tagliatelle
2 čajni žlički malsa2 teaspoons butter
2 stroka česna2 cloves of garlic
100g sveže špinače, dobro oprane in razrezanefresh spinach, washed thoroughly and sliced
sol, popersalt, pepper
30ml sladke smetane30ml double cream
40g mascarpone sira40g mascarpone cheese
2 pesti parmezana2 handfuls Parmesan cheese
V vodi sem skuhala rezance.
Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions
V kozico sem dala maslo, česen in malo olivnega olja.
I put a drizzle of olive oil, the butter, garlic in the frying pan.
Ko se je maslo raztopilo sem dodala špinačo, pokrila in počakala, da oveni.
When the butter melted I added the spinach and waited until it wilted down.
Ko se "padla skupaj" sem dodala še smetano in mascarpone, sol in poper ter par žlic vode, v kateri so se kuhali rezanci.
After it wilted I added the cream, mascarpone, salt and pepper.
Ko je zavrelo sem dodala še kuhane rezance, premešala, potresla s parmezanom in ponovno premešala.
After it came to boil I added the drained pasta and parmesan cheese and mixed it well again and served it.
Na krožniku sem še malo naribala parmezana čez testenine.
When I served it I sprinkled some more parmesan cheese over. 

Ocena: ODLIČNO.
It was GREAT.
