Sobotni zajtrk - Saturdays breakfast

Ja, sobota.
Zjutraj po sprehodu paše zajtrk.
It is saturday and after a walk a good breakfast is in place.

In ker je sobota in ker imam čas pripravim:
- jajčka na oko
- pogrejem baked beanse - ja tiste angleške
- šampinjoni - nimajo v naših trgovinah takih gob, kot jih dobiš gor
- prekajen vrat - nimajo v naših trgovinah take slanine, kot jo dobiš gor

And because it is Saturday and I have the time I prepare:
- eggs
- baked beans
- button mushrooms - don't have the proper ones in our sotres
- smoked bacon -  don't have the proper one in our sotres

Par tednov nazaj sem delala podoben zajtrk. Zataknilo se je pri šampinjonih, ker so bili veliki in se niso lepo enakomerno pekli. Pa sem prišla na idejo, da jih rapolovim. Ko so bili pečeni sem položila med polovici še eno rezino popečenega prekajenega vratu.
 In danes to ponavljam.
Couple weeks ago I did a similar breakfast. I had some problems with mushrooms because they were large and they were still raw in the midle. So the idea was to halve them. When they were done I assembled them back together and in the middle I put a roasted piece of smoked bacon. And today I repeat this.
